If there are children at home, the cost performance of Auchan X5 is not very high, mainly because the space is a little small. But for me, I like the appearance of this sport, and I can still find the feeling of youth. The cost performance ratio of the landing price of less than 110,000 is really good.

11.98-14.88 million, the pre-sale price of Geely Xingrui is exposed, will you buy it?

The highest end of the compact model is that Volkswagen not only sells the most expensive cars, but also sells more than 20,000 cars per month. However, Geely Automobile, which has the reputation of being the "first brother" of its own brand, has launched a heavy-duty model-Geely Preface, which is benchmarking with Volkswagen. Without further ado, let’s talk about Geely Xingrui, which is now receiving constant praise.

According to the information we have so far, the first batch of Geely Xingrui has arrived in 4S stores all over China, and the pre-sale price of Geely Xingrui is also suspected to be 119.8-148.8 million yuan. This pre-sale price is basically the same as the price predicted by the media before. So will you pay for this Geely Xingrui? Note: the price is only a forecast, not necessarily the actual price, please take the actual price of the new car as the standard!

In terms of appearance, the whole vehicle adopts Geely’s latest design. Compared with previous Geely models, the front air intake grille has become more concise. The inside has changed from the original back shape to a vertical bar, and the shape of the outer three circles is the same as that of Geely LOGO. The full LED headlights adopt the far-near light design, and the daytime running is divided into three sections on the light eyebrows. The recognition is still quite high. The side of the car body is smooth and stretched, and there is a little slip back, and the rear looks very short. The tail feels a bit like a chrome strip in the middle of an oval taillight running through the left and right, and the exhaust ports on both sides below are actually fake. The real exhaust adopts a hidden design, but because the chassis height is relatively high, it doesn’t look like that on the whole. The feeling is very low.

It is worth mentioning that many netizens say that Geely Xingrui is a shell-changing Volvo S60. In my opinion, this is simply nonsense. Volvo S60 is a higher-end SPA platform model, while Geely Xingrui CMA platform architecture model can be understood as Geely version. As for the suspension, the former McPherson independent suspension and multi-link independent suspension are adopted. According to our previous test drive experience at Ningbo International Circuit, While Geely Xingrui emphasizes comfort, there are some European styles in suspension adjustment. When crossing the shoulder, the driver can feel its toughness, and the lateral support and rear tracking are good, which is still commendable.

The length, width and height of the car body are 4785/1869/1469mm, respectively, and the wheelbase is 2800 mm. This car body size also has a very good advantage in the same class, which is one circle larger than the popular size (the wheelbase of Volkswagen size 4753/1800/1462mm is 2731mm), which shows that Geely Xingrui has a spacious ride space in the car, thus meeting the needs of more consumers.

Compared with the appearance, the interior has more visual impact. The overall center console has distinct layers, and the materials and colors have been carefully thought out, showing a sense of luxury. The relatively sporty flat-bottomed steering wheel, full LCD instrument panel, central control display screen and electronic gear lever also enhance a lot of sense of technology in the car. I won’t talk much about the configuration and materials here, because the configuration and materials have always been the specialty of independent brands.

The whole engine compartment is neatly arranged, which also reflects Geely’s current high level, but it is not advanced without using hydraulic struts. The power is 2.0T+7DCT, and the maximum power is 140 kW, 190 HP and 300 Nm. The measured acceleration of 100 km is 8.2 seconds, which should be the strongest in the same price and class. Unfortunately, 8AT gearbox is not used. It must be to reduce the cost. This 2.0T engine needs to use 95 # gasoline.

Brother Shi focuses on the key points. From the details of this Geely Xingrui, its product strength can actually rank to the upper-middle level at this level, which is no exaggeration compared with the product strength of the public. Having said that, if this Geely Xingrui is on sale at 119,800, will you buy it? Welcome to leave a comment below. Looking for a car is just like looking for a friend. Look for the right one. I am happy to answer your questions about car selection, waiting for you to find me!

Huawei Mate 70 exposure: performance, image upgrade, iPhone 16 biggest rivals?

In the first half of 2020, Huawei surpassed Apple in the domestic smartphone market of more than $600 and became the leader of flagship mobile phones. The good times did not last long. Due to various restrictions, Huawei’s hardware procurement and chip foundry became difficult, and the top flagship Mate series was even forced to stop updating in 2021.

According to IDC data, Huawei returned to the top of China’s smartphone market in shipments in the first half of this year with a market share of 17.5%, but the high-end market share did not surpass Apple. IDC pointed out that while external restrictions continue, Huawei’s supply capacity is also improving, narrowing the gap with Apple in the market of more than 4,000 yuan.

But if Huawei wants to reverse the situation and catch up with Apple in the high-end market share, the most important reliance remains the all-round flagship Mate series.More than half of 2024 has passed, and the long-awaited Mate series has finally arrived, and there are more surprises than expected.

Kirin 9100 + Pure Blood Hongmeng, Mate 70 is full of surprises

In 2024, Huawei has successively released the Enjoy 70 series, Pocket 2, Pura 70 series, nova Flip and other models, including both entry-level smartphones and high-end flagship models. At the full-scene new product launch on September 10, Huawei is also expected to bring the industry’s first triple-fold mobile phone and nova 13 series.

Unfortunately, the Mate 70 is unlikely to make an appearance at this conference, but pollen fans don’t have to worry either. According to various sources such as the Financial Union and digital chat stations, the Mate 70 series is expected to be released in November.

On September 10, Beijing time, Apple will hold a new product launch conference to launch the iPhone 16 series, and November is the time when the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 models will be released one after another. Huawei’s triple-fold mobile phone, nova 13 series, and Mate 70 series, choose to be released close to or even on the same day, to compete with Apple and Android manufacturers for product strength and popularity. Short combat, more need to be based on strong strength, Mate 70 series hard strength is strong enough?

According to the pictures released on the Internet, the back design of the Mate 70 Pro is not much different from the previous generation, the front-facing camera is 48 million pixels, retains the 3D sensor, the rear camera module is 60 million pixel main camera + 48 million pixel ultra-wide angle + 48 million pixel telephoto lens, supports 5x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom.Compared to the Mate 60 Pro, the camera module of the Mate 70 Pro has undergone a significant improvement, and with Huawei’s imaging algorithm, it can better meet the needs of users in the video era.

Interestingly, the Financial Union reported that insiders revealed that the Mate 70 Pro will use a side fingerprint + 3D face unlock solution. From an ergonomic perspective, Xiao Lei believes that the rear fingerprint > side fingerprint > screen fingerprint, but the screen fingerprint is better integrated, and the back and side designs will not be obtrusive.

There is also a problem with the side fingerprint – the recognition area is too small, the recognition success rate is slightly inferior to the screen fingerprint and the rear fingerprint solution, and the recognition success rate will be greatly reduced when the finger is peeled or wet. Of course, with 3D facial recognition assistance, the Mate 70 Pro does not have to worry about the fingerprint recognition rate, but Xiao Lei is curious why the Mate series is replaced from the screen fingerprint to the side fingerprint.

The most anticipated thing about the Mate 70 series is the SoC and system. The performance gap between the Mate 40 series and the Mate 60 series is not big, but the Mate 70 series is different, it will be equipped with the Kirin 9100 chip. Earlier digital blogger @fixed focus digital broke the news that the open source community exposed a processor, the big core ID is named "linxicore9100", and the small core ID is "linxicore6100", which is likely to be the Kirin 9100.

The X platform blogger broke the news that the Kirin 9100 is divided into multiple versions, based on the equivalent 5nm process technology, the worst version of which has also reached the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 + Gen 1 level of performance, with Huawei’s optimization, the overall fluency is not inferior to the flagship machine equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. It is expected to be launched by the three-fold model.Huawei’s new system, HarmonyOS NEXT, which is "Pure Blood Hongmeng", will no longer be compatible with Android applications, and the fluency will be greatly improved compared with previous versions of the system, or it will be launched by the Mate 60 series.

The most important image module, SoC, and system of the mobile phone have been fully upgraded, as well as the bright spot of side fingerprint + 3D facial recognition. I believe that many small partners have been excited about the Mate 70 series, but before buying, they must also consider whether they can accept the application ecology of Mate 70 Pro.Whether the Mate 70 Pro can sell well, the completion of the HarmonyOS NEXT ecosystem will be a top priority.

Pure Blood Hongmeng, the killer of Huawei Mate 70

Performance is not the strength of previous generations of Mate series models, but with the optimization of HarmonyOS, the Mate 50/60 series has achieved the fluency of the iPhone and Android flagship. In the past, in order to meet the needs of users for the software ecosystem, HarmonyOS has been compatible with Android applications. Now, HarmonyOS has to give up the compatibility of Android applications and create its own Hongmeng ecosystem.

After getting rid of the burden of compatible Android applications, the fluency of HarmonyOS NEXT is expected to be further improved, but it also raises the question of whether the HarmonyOS NEXT application ecosystem can meet the needs of users.

At the developer conference in June this year, Huawei said that more than 5,000 users’ commonly used application developers have started the development of Hongmeng native applications, of which 1,500 + applications have been completed on the shelves. According to the data released by the Beijing Hongmeng Ecological Partner Conference of "Thousand Sails Competing for a Common Beijing Color" some time ago, nearly 620 applications in Beijing have started the development of Hongmeng native applications, and more than 200 applications have been completed on the shelves.

According to this rate, after the Mate 70 series is listed and HarmonyOS NETX is launched in the fourth quarter, there may be more than 5,000 applications on the shelves of Hongmeng ecology. However, only 5,000 applications are still too few compared to the iOS and Android systems. According to the data of the national APP technology detection platform, as of May 2023, the domestic iOS and Android platforms alone have reached 2.61 million active apps.

5,000 apps may be able to meet users’ daily communication and office needs, but when we have some relatively special or professional needs, Hongmeng Ecology may not find the app we need. The work requirements are relatively easy to solve. Even if there is no relevant app, it can be operated on the computer through Huawei’s device interconnection function. HarmonyOS NEXT is more difficult to improve the game ecosystem.

Apple has worked hard for years to build a huge iOS ecology. Huawei is strong, but ecological construction can’t eat fat people in one bite, and it takes enough time to accumulate.Under the premise that the ecosystem has not yet been fully perfected, stopping the compatibility of Android applications is also a challenge for the Mate 70 series.

HarmonyOS NEXT develops multi-terminal deployment features at one time, enabling it to simultaneously adapt to devices such as Hongmeng mobile phones, PCs, cars, tablets, etc. In the future, it will cost little to cover other devices, which is the foundation for Huawei to build a full-category application ecosystem.Huawei needs to launch a pure-blood version of Hongmeng as soon as possible, calling on partners to join the Hongmeng family and accelerate the construction of the Hongmeng ecosystem. What’s more, since Huawei dares to give up compatibility with Android applications, it must be ready. With the support of the new Mate series, Huawei will once again challenge Apple.

What are the odds of Huawei winning in the high-end market against Apple again?

The complex needs of consumers and the ecosystem of HarmonyOS NEXT are likely to become a hindrance to the sales breakthrough of the Mate 70 series, especially in China, where the global smartphone industry is most competitive. The high-end mobile phone market is not only dominated by Apple, but also by brands such as OPPO, vivo, Xiaomi, and Honor.

Therefore, Xiaolei believes that in addition to continuing to cooperate with developers to improve the HarmonyOS NEXT ecosystem, Huawei also needs two operations to enhance its strengths and make up for its weaknesses. The first is to target specific groups of people, adapt applications, and place marketing advertisements. From the official information released by Huawei, HarmonyOS NEXT is mainly suitable for applications with a large number of users or office-related applications. Business people can be selected as the target consumer group and marketing strategies can be customized.

The second is to partner with developers to develop exclusive apps or games. In the field of tablet computers, Huawei has launched the "Born to Draw" app, which proves that Huawei has the strength to develop exclusive applications. If we can co-develop some HarmonyOS NEXT exclusive applications or games, we can also attract some consumers.

Due to the impact of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers, Apple’s power has not been as strong as before, with mobile phone sales declining year-on-year and revenue falling short of expectations. After Huawei experienced a period of precipitation, mobile phone sales have been soaring since the Mate 50 series. The current domestic share has surpassed Apple, and it is believed that the high-end market will soon be equally matched with Apple.

Does the price increase of Yiwu Express drive up the whole country? A number of express outlets said that they did not receive the price increase notice.

A few days ago, the news of Yiwu express collective price increase spread like wildfire, which caused many netizens to worry that "double 11" would not have the preferential strength in previous years because of the express price increase.

Beijing Youth Daily reporter learned from the outlets of several express delivery companies in Beijing on October 18th that the price adjustment is still subject to the company’s notice, and no notice has been received so far, but this does not mean that the express delivery will not act during the "double 11" period.

Does the price increase of Yiwu Express drive up the whole country?

A number of express outlets said that they did not receive the price increase notice.

This week, Tmall, JD.COM and other e-commerce "double 11" will be launched one after another. Prior to this, consumers were not only concerned about which discount was more realistic, but also concerned about whether their express delivery could "arrive on time". Under this kind of concern, a news of "Yiwu express price increase" was pushed to the hot search.

The reporter of Beiqing Daily learned that since September, a number of express delivery companies including "Three Links and One Reach", Best and Extreme Rabbit have started the "price increase model" in Yiwu, Zhejiang. A seller in Yiwu, Pinduoduo, said that he received a price increase notice from a courier company, and each order increased by 20 cents. He shipped about 500 orders a day, and the cost of express delivery alone would cost 3,000 yuan a month.

This news makes many consumers quite nervous. As the "base camp" of small commodities in China and one of the regions with the largest domestic express delivery volume, Yiwu may be the beginning of the national express delivery price increase.

In this regard, a number of courier company outlets said that they have not received the notice of the company’s price increase for the time being, and the specific price is subject to the outlets. The reporter of Beiqing Daily consulted a number of express outlets of different brands in Beijing, and all said that they had not received the notice from the company asking for an increase in price.

Express delivery has set off a price war before.

The courier fee below the cost is now available in many places

The reporter of Beiqing Daily learned that at present, many express delivery companies in China negotiate with merchants for the express charges of e-commerce parts, while for personal express delivery, there is a certain and verifiable price system. Generally speaking, the tariff for personal express delivery will not change frequently in the short term.

Insiders said that the so-called price increase in the express delivery industry is actually a "floating" concept, that is, there are ups and downs. Some insiders have summarized the annual price adjustment law of express delivery companies: the first half of the year is off-season, and each family fights price wars and grabs the market; In the peak season of the second half of the year, the price increase of express delivery and making money together also made the financial report look good.

However, due to the impact of the epidemic, this year’s price war is particularly fierce, and the competition even reached a state below the cost price.

According to the data of the State Post Bureau, the difference between the growth rate of business volume and business income in the express delivery market in the first quarter of this year was as high as 29.1 percentage points. Although the difference was reduced to less than 20 percentage points when counting the data of the first half of this year, the average unit price of express delivery in the first half of this year was 9.8 yuan, and the data in the first quarter of this year was still 10.2 yuan. In the first quarter, the average price of express delivery in the same city and different places was 6.4 yuan and 6.1 yuan, which decreased by 9.2% and 22.9% respectively. According to the circular of the State Post Bureau, this is the first time that the average price of express delivery in the same city has exceeded that of express delivery in different places. The average price of the same city and different places is "upside down", and the intensity of the price war can be seen.

In June, the average unit price of express delivery in the same city, in different places and internationally increased by 0.11 yuan, 0.16 yuan and 1.9 yuan respectively, among which the unit price in different places rebounded obviously, increasing by 2.8% month-on-month, and the downward trend of the average unit price of express delivery was curbed.

The reporter of Beiqing Daily learned that this may be the intervention of the regulatory authorities in the price war below the cost and achieved results. In April this year, the 70th executive meeting of the Zhejiang Provincial Government deliberated and adopted the Regulations on the Promotion of Express Industry in Zhejiang Province (Draft). The draft clearly stated that courier operators should not provide courier services at a price lower than the cost. Previously, Best Express and Extreme Rabbit Express were punished by Yiwu Postal Administration of Zhejiang Province for dumping at a low price on April 9.

Although it has just died down in the near future, the price war has done great harm to express delivery, a franchise-oriented industry. Companies have to cut prices, so outlets have to cut costs and lower distribution fees, which ultimately affects the income of courier buddies.

In July this year, seven ministries and commissions, including the Ministry of Communications and the State Post Bureau, jointly issued the Opinions on Doing a Good Job in Safeguarding the Legal Rights and Interests of Courier Groups. Six express delivery companies unanimously announced that since September 1st, the delivery fee at the end of the whole network will increase by 0.1 yuan per ticket. It is predicted by the industry that if the courier delivers 200 pieces per day, it is expected to increase 500 yuan’s income every month. The analysis believes that the news of the price increase of express delivery before is related to the increase in express delivery fees.

  pay close attention

Netizen: The cost has gone up. Can the courier be delivered to your door?

For the price increase of express delivery in some areas, many consumers said that although the price increase will eventually be transmitted to consumers, if the express delivery service can be restored to the previous level (delivered to the door or put the express counter after calling in advance), it will be acceptable to increase it appropriately.

"I understand the courier brother’s hard work, but my house is a self-contained cabinet downstairs. He didn’t call me to let me put it inside, but he put the courier in the post office in the next community without telling me." Ms. Guo said. So she set the courier as "no post station", but the courier frequently changed people, and every time a new person changed, the courier would perform the aforementioned twists and turns.

Ms. Sun, who used to run the post station, also said that some users were dissatisfied because they were put in the post station without being told about the express mail. In order to avoid trouble, Ms. Sun had to walk to the users herself. It was supposed to be the courier’s job, but Ms. Sun did it.

The reporter of Beiqing Daily learned that in the notice of postal users’ complaints published by the State Post Bureau in August this year, the main problem in the complaint about delivery service was false receipt. Zhejiang Province has passed the Regulations on the Promotion of Express Delivery Industry in Zhejiang Province, which stipulates that if the express waybill indicates door-to-door delivery, the express delivery shall not be placed at the collection point; If the courier fails to deliver the goods as required, he may be fined up to 2000 yuan.

According to industry insiders, although consumers’ actual experience on the price increase of express delivery will not be too obvious, they already think that they will "pay the bill" for the increase of express delivery fees in psychological expectation, so the requirements for express delivery services will also increase, and major express delivery companies should be prepared to improve their terminal services.

The high-altitude swing was once a part of it. In 2018, an 18-meter cliff swing was opened in a theme park in Chongqing, attracting countless tourists to punch in. There are even more British media with "Do you dare to try? China set up a giant swing with a 60-foot rope on the edge of a 1000-foot cliff! ",lamenting that this is" the biggest swing in history ".

However, only in the past year, the high-altitude swing in this scenic spot seems to be in trouble.

On August 18, 2019, in this scenic spot in Chongqing, when tourists experienced the 18-meter high-altitude swing, the swing should have been raised to the highest point and then dropped. However, as can be seen in the video materials, it seems that the swing falls early before it reaches the highest point, which causes the tourists to encounter severe bumps during the downward swing, which is very shocking.

Although the tourists were unharmed, it seems that the fate of the high-altitude swing is changing.

High-altitude swing, the whole person swings in the air hundreds of meters high, which is thrilling and exciting. source map

"The high-altitude swing is now under supervision, so it is best not to do it, and it may be demolished in the future." The reporter consulted a recreation equipment manufacturing company in Zhongshan, Guangzhou as a "buyer", and the staff of the other party replied.

The staff said that because of the policy changes, the high-altitude swing seems to have been "in the cold palace", and which scenic spot or paradise will be engaged may not be worth the candle. At present, those that have not been "managed" and are being "loved" by tourists are the amusement facilities of glass projects such as glass plank roads and glass slides.

According to incomplete statistics, in the past three years, China has opened more than 60 glass plank roads. Open Ctrip App, and you can also search for the "Selected List of Glass Planks", which counts 30 scenic spots with glass plank roads in China, among which the famous ones are Tianmenshan glass plank road in Zhangjiajie, Baishishan glass plank road in Baoding, Yellow River 3D glass bridge, Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park glass plank road and so on.

The reporter once experienced the local "5D" glass overpass in a scenic spot in yi county, Anhui Province during the Eleventh Period. The so-called "5D" means that an electronic screen is installed under part of the glass on the bridge body. As soon as a person walks up, it will immediately appear as if the glass is broken and make a broken sound. Although you have to pay an extra ticket to 60 yuan to experience the bridge, there are an endless stream of tourists.

The glass slide can be said to be the "advanced version" of the glass plank road, and some of them also incorporate the elements of water rafting and become the "glass water slide". Sliding on the transparent glass, you can not only see the beautiful cliff canyon scenery, but also experience the feeling of heartbeat, which quickly became an "explosion" on the Internet.

The temptation of maintenance-free and high return

"The glass slide is 4,500 yuan a meter, and if it is 800 meters, it will cost about 3.6 million."

Under the inquiry of the reporter’s "customer", a recreation equipment manufacturing company in Zhongshan City, Guangzhou, said that if a glass slide of about 800 meters is to be built, it will take about half a year before and after the project, and 3.6 million yuan is the cost of the total project, but it does not include the cost required for quality inspection.

When the reporter asked whether it was necessary to ask the local special equipment testing center to test the equipment after the completion, the staff said that only those under supervision needed the national department to test. "We are looking for a third-party test, looking for it nearby, and looking for it is specialized in testing. “

The reporter also asked questions about construction and design. The staff said that the construction party is the company’s own team, but in terms of design, the company will go to the design institute. When the reporter further asked what design institute he was looking for, the other party replied: "The design institute is a channel for our internal cooperation. You only need to know that we will deliver it with a formal blueprint and the design institute will stamp it."

Online celebrity glass slide data map

The reporter also contacted another garden plank road company in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. As can be found from the official website, the company has more than 10 years of experience in the construction of slideways. From the original granite slideway and cement plank road to the popular high-altitude cliff plank road and glass plank road, the service scenic spots are all over Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Shanxi, Hubei, Hunan, Shandong and Jiangsu.

The quotation of the staff of the company is "3,500 yuan per meter", which is not only much cheaper, but also "about 3 months in the construction period". The staff also said that there is no need for testing by the local special equipment testing center, and both the builder and the designer are their own teams.

"If you want the stamped drawings of the design institute, you have to pay extra," said the staff.

During the consultation, both companies indicated that both the glass trestle and the glass slipway are "maintenance-free" after completion, and only need to be cleaned regularly. Therefore, for operators, the investment threshold is lower, the approval difficulty is also small, and in addition, the return rate is also very considerable.

According to the interface news report, the glass bridge "Yuntiandu" in Zhangjiajie has a total length of 536 meters and a total investment of 260 million yuan. It was put into use in August 2016. At the hottest time, the daily reception limit was 8,000 people, and it was necessary to make an appointment in advance, which led to the fare being speculated by scalpers for six times; The annual passenger flow of Maren Qifeng in Wuhu, Anhui Province has been around 120,000 for more than ten years. After the completion of the glass plank road, the passenger flow reached 850,000 last year and the income reached 130 million yuan. The glass plank road at the 19th Peak in Chuanyan, Zhejiang Province is less than 100 meters, but the ticket revenue reached 70 million yuan one year after its completion.

In the face of such economic benefits, many large-scale scenic spots and parks all over the country have followed suit.

  A shocking "accident"

In 2017, in the scenic spot of Mulan Shengtian in Wuhan, Hubei Province, tourists collided continuously in the glass slide, causing one death and three injuries. The youngest injured person was only 4 years old. Liu Yuhai, one of the injured, said in an interview with the media: "It didn’t take long for me to get scared and brake in a hurry." But as soon as he stopped, someone bumped into him from behind. Then, he flew out and hit the security net of the slide, and his head got stuck in the net.

In July, 2018, one tourist suffered from hemopneumothorax, two from brain trauma and 22 from fractures, and no one died. After investigation by the safety supervision departments of Huanggang City and yingshan county City, it is considered that the main cause of the accident is that the water pipe joint near the slideway suddenly falls off and tap water is sprayed into the slideway.

On May 1, 2019, tourists rushed out of the slide protection facilities in the playground of Taiping Town, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, killing 2 people and injuring 12 others. On January 10th this year, Chengdu Intermediate People’s Court made a judgment on the related litigation caused by the accident, and sentenced the development company to bear all the responsibilities in the accident. The reason is that the main person in charge of the development company failed to perform safety duties in accordance with the law, and the designers and welders employed in the garden equipment were not qualified. Moreover, there were no warning signs such as "No Climbing" at the ladder involved in the case, and no relevant staff dissuaded the climbers.

Although the glass water slides in some scenic spots are deeply loved by tourists, there are also potential safety hazards. source map

On June 1, 2019, in the scenic spot of Muyi Town, Lanshanwan, Hefei, Anhui Province, three female tourists were injured in their eyes, arms and heads to varying degrees while riding a glass drifting boat. On June 5th, Fozi Tourist Scenic Area in Pingnan County, Guangxi Province, due to the rapid sliding speed, tempered glass and guardrail failed to resist the strong impact, and tourists flew out after crashing into the glass slide guardrail, resulting in one death and six injuries. According to the news reports, on October 1st, at least two tourists died and more than a dozen tourists were injured in the glass slide of a scenic spot in East China. The specific news scenic spot has not been disclosed.

In addition to the accidents reported by the media, some netizens also shared their experiences with reporters. Netizen "Happy" told reporters: "I went out to play on National Day this year and saw with my own eyes that someone who slipped down hit his leg. Later, he couldn’t walk and was sent down."

Netizen "Xiaobai" said: "I have sat on this, which is really exciting. But at that time, my center of gravity was unstable, and I slipped and it was super painful. "

Some netizens said that in addition to these projects, the high-altitude guardrail-free stimulation project — — "treading on thin ice" also had "accidents". On October 1, 2018, a tourist experienced the "treading on thin ice" project in a theme park in Chongqing. At the moment when he reached the finish line, the safety buckle on his back fell off due to improper operation of the staff. Fortunately, the person arrived safely.

However, this "panic" scene was recorded by the surrounding tourists, and it caused many people to be scared after uploading it to the Internet. Many netizens questioned whether such emerging amusement facilities are safe or not.

All parties look forward to the early implementation of the standards.

As the reporter learned from the manufacturer, at present, in most areas, it seems that projects such as "glass plank road" and "glass slide" have not been formally included in the supervision category of special equipment, so in the process of its design, construction and operation, the safety supervision department with professional safety inspection equipment and professionals has not yet intervened.

However, in Hebei, many government departments have taken the lead in taking action against the potential problems of "high-risk projects" such as glass plank roads.

In March last year, many departments in Hebei Province issued a document requesting to strengthen the safety rectification of "high-risk projects" of glass plank roads (including glass plank roads, glass suspension bridges, glass slides, glass observation decks and other tourist facilities), and put forward the "four unifications", that is, all new glass trestle projects will stop being approved for filing; All projects under construction will be stopped; Unoperated projects will be suspended from business; All the projects that have been operated will be closed for rectification.

On April 20, 2018, the Hebei Provincial Tourism Work Leading Group issued the "Table on the Investigation of Safety Risks of High-risk Tourism Projects of Glass Trestles in the Province". According to the investigation, it is found that the glass plank road projects in 20 scenic spots in the province have some problems in varying degrees, such as "no safety assessment", "no quality inspection", "no geotechnical investigation report, so it is impossible to determine whether the anchor depth is safe" and "no effective control over the number of people on the bridge". As a result, 32 glass plank road projects in 25 scenic spots in the province were all closed.

On August 1, 2018, the Technical Standards for Pedestrian Glass Suspension Bridges and Glass Planks in Scenic Spots jointly organized by Hebei Provincial Housing and Construction Department, Quality Supervision Bureau, HKTB and Safety Supervision Bureau was officially promulgated. It is understood that this standard is the first local standard in China that specifically regulates the construction and management of pedestrian glass suspension bridges and glass plank roads in scenic spots. From the catalogue, the standard has made detailed provisions on construction materials, design, construction and acceptance, vehicle inspection and evaluation, and application of safety management.

Eight departments, including Hebei Tourism Commission, Safety Supervision Bureau and Development and Reform Commission, jointly issued a document saying that for glass plank road projects with complete procedures, the relevant government should organize relevant departments to organize acceptance according to Hebei Province’s "Technical Standards for Pedestrian Glass Suspension Bridges and Glass Planks in Scenic Spots", and they can only be put into operation after passing the acceptance.

However, in September last year, some experts proposed amendments to the standards, and the implementation of the original standards was suspended. At present, "partial revision" is being carried out.

On the other hand, due to the delay in the standard, scenic spots that have been suspended from operating glass plank roads, glass slides and other projects have begun to fidget and complain. According to media reports, during the National Day this year, Hongya Valley Scenic Area in Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang, which is known as the "world’s longest glass suspension bridge", suffered heavy losses because it did not open the glass suspension bridge, and its own operation was also in trouble. Therefore, the operators of scenic spots also hope that the state can introduce relevant construction standards as soon as possible and clarify the subject of supervision.

The glass cable bridge in Hongya Valley Scenic Area, Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang, which was completed in 2017, is called "the longest suspended glass cable bridge in the world". source map

On August 28th, this year, the "Professional Committee of Plank Roads and Trails" of China Scenic Area Association was established in Baishishan Scenic Area, Laiyuan, Baoding, which marked a solid step towards standardization and standardization of plank road construction management in national scenic spots.

On August 31st, initiated by some slipway builders, the kick-off meeting of glass slipway standard and the demonstration project of laminated glass and safety performance evaluation for CSTM glass slipway was held in Luoyang, Henan. Experts from China Special Equipment Testing and Research Institute and Cable Vernier Committee also attended the meeting.

No matter when the standards are issued, one thing is certain. In actual operation, the operators of scenic spots always have the responsibility to strengthen safety management functions and equip them with necessary safety protection measures.

Daily news digital newspaper platform

Recently, a game called "cigarette card" has become popular, and this toy made of cigarette box cover has almost become the hot flow of some short video platforms. So how did "cigarette cards" become toys? Can "cigarette cards" be sold? Will it have a bad influence on children? With these questions, the reporter conducted an investigation.

"cigarette card" spreads and sells the hardest hit areas.

  Mostly short video platforms.

First of all, the reporter’s understanding of the "cigarette card" is in a short video in Tik Tok. A child rummages around the ground with a plastic bag, and the dialogue expresses that he is looking for a cigarette case on the ground. Then the boy skillfully tears open the cigarette case and folds the lid to make a "cigarette card". For how to use this game prop made of cigarette cases, a large number of video covers featuring children will appear immediately after entering "cigarette card" on the vibrato platform. The introduction of "smoke card" in different videos is also varied. The most conventional way of playing is to put the cigarette card on the ground and take turns to shoot it. Whoever can flip the other person’s cigarette card will win the other person’s cigarette card, and the more expensive the cigarette, the more advanced the cigarette card.

The reporter found that in some short video platforms, there are also many self-media bloggers who shoot "smoke cards" to make videos, with thousands of praises. After searching for "cigarette cards" on Tik Tok, a large number of videos involving "cigarette cards" will appear, and most of the protagonists on the front pages of these videos are children. The number of likes of these "Smoke Card" videos featuring children even reached more than 100,000, among which a Tik Tok author with more than 1.5 million fans liked a video of "Smoke Card" up to 130,000. Another Tik Tok author’s video content is to encourage children to play with "cigarette cards", and specially bought cigarettes to make "cigarette cards" for children, with the caption "I feel very proud to collect so many cigarette cards in front of children at once".

The reporter found that some publishers of these videos about "cigarette cards" hung up a link to sell "cigarette cards" in the lower right corner of the video. When you click in, you will find that it is actually a shop selling "cigarette cards", and the price ranges from 3 yuan to tens of yuan. Some merchants have marked slogans such as "First-hand goods, see who has more than me" and "There is a high probability of exploding rare cards, and my mother no longer has to worry about me going out to pick up cigarette cases".

The reporter also noticed that the "cigarette card" was not only on the short video platform, but also on the e-commerce platform. After searching for "cigarette cards" on a shopping platform, it is found that there are many buyers of some goods called "out of print", "rare" and "cigarette cards", and the store with the highest sales volume on the homepage shows that "20,000+"has been sold. Searching for the same keyword on another shopping platform will show the goods that have been "spelled 1 million+pieces". On the Internet, the price of a "cigarette card" generally ranges from 10 cents to 50 cents, and some "rare models" are more expensive. Among them, the price of a card book containing 200 rare and non-repetitive cards is as high as 399 yuan. Most brands emphasize that they are "real cigarette cases, no printing" in a conspicuous position on the page, and most buyers’ comments are "children like them very much". However, the reporter also noticed that some buyers mentioned some problems in their comments, such as "cigarette cards", "some dirty, garbage recycling at first glance" and "obvious smoke smell".

  Wholesalers push hard.

  Stationery shopkeepers resolutely resist.

In addition to these "cigarette cards" sold online, are there any "cigarette cards" sold in places where children can buy them in life? The reporter visited stationery stores near different primary schools such as Heping District, Nankai District and Hexi District, and found no cigarette cards for sale. During the interview, the female shopkeeper of the stationery store next to Pingshan Road Primary School in Hexi District told the reporter, "There are’ cigarette cards’ in the wholesalers, and they also told us that’ cigarette cards’ are particularly popular now, and they will definitely sell well. However, considering that everything related to cigarettes is not good, there are many children who come to buy things here, and we have to check for our parents and not sell everything. We think that thing is unsanitary, and the cigarette case is used to hold cigarettes, and it is all used up by others. How dirty it is. "

Regarding the possible harm caused by the "cigarette card", will the "cigarette card" make children bury the possibility of smoking? A male shopkeeper who runs a stationery store near the Water Park Primary School in Nankai District said, "I will never sell that thing in my shop." He said that he smokes, and he has given up smoking many times without success. He absolutely does not allow his children to smoke. In his view, "cigarette cards" are being sold all over the internet, which means that some people are cultivating potential consumers, all know that smoking is harmful to health, and it is "too hateful" to seduce children to play with "cigarette cards".

  Bad Push of Short Video

Parents feel that the hidden danger is huge.

What is the impression of "cigarette card" among parents and children? The reporter interviewed the parents of Xikang Road Primary School in Heping District after school hours and talked about the "cigarette card". A parent who was picking up the child told the reporter that he knew that there was such a toy as "cigarette card" from his son, and his son also asked his father for a cigarette case to do it himself. He said, "When my son was in the fourth grade, I suddenly felt something was wrong when he asked for a cigarette case that day, so I asked him carefully. My son showed me a short video on his mobile phone showing you how to fold a cigarette case, so I didn’t let him see it at that time, telling him that cigarettes contain nicotine, which will make people sick." The parent said frankly, "Many popular games are now played in Tik Tok, and some should not be played for children at all. I now forbid our children to watch Tik Tok."

This parent’s statement resonated with many parents. A parent with a girl at home showed reporters the short video records that his children had browsed on his mobile phone, including the push of "cigarette cards". This parent feels that some short video platforms now start to push regardless of good or evil after collecting personal big data, and the "smoke card" is also on fire. He said: "Because the children in primary school are still young, the possible negative effects on cigarette cards while playing games cannot be distinguished and resisted, so schools and parents should intervene in time once they find out."

The sale of "cigarette cards" is suspected of being illegal.

There is a ban on the education department.

The reporter learned by inquiring about the relevant legal provisions that according to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Tobacco Monopoly Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC), the trademarks cut off from discarded cigarette cases, that is, the items called "cigarette cards" by children, are not allowed to be sold by merchants in any way. At the same time, the tobacco monopoly law clearly stipulates that the trademark logo of tobacco products must be printed by enterprises designated by the provincial administrative department for industry and commerce, and non-designated enterprises may not print the trademark logo of tobacco products. The Law on the Protection of Minors also stipulates that there should be no sales outlets for cigarettes, alcohol and lottery tickets around schools and kindergartens, and it is forbidden to sell cigarettes, alcohol and lottery tickets to minors or pay lottery prizes.

According to media reports, at the end of March this year, law enforcement officers of Haikou City Supervision Bureau of Hainan Province conducted special inspections on the sales of "cigarette cards" in stationery stores and toy stores around schools in their jurisdiction. On April 7th, the Education Bureau of Sanya City, Hainan Province issued "Important Tips for Preventing Students from Addicting to" Cigarette Card "Games", which made it clear that "Cigarette Card" comes from discarded cigarette cases, and collecting it around and carrying it with you may endanger students’ physical and mental health; In addition, students may enlighten their gambling consciousness in the game and have interest and curiosity about smoking. Parents are requested to cooperate with the school to prohibit "cigarette cards" from entering the campus. Once the school finds that students bring "cigarette cards" into the school or find that students are playing "cigarette cards" on campus, it can immediately stop and confiscate the "cigarette cards" on the spot, and at the same time conduct oral education and give feedback to parents. China in the Internet Age

In 1969, when the Internet first appeared, people never imagined that it would penetrate into all fields of economic and social life with its unstoppable trend 30 years later. Nowadays, the gradual integration of the Internet and traditional industries and the increasingly blending of industrial boundaries have given birth to a new model of industrial development led by the Internet. With the rapid development of modern information network technologies such as big data and cloud computing, the Internet has further intensified the changes in the world economy, built a global industrial innovation and commercial marketing network, and will continue to be the main engine to promote economic and social development and lead the world to the future. On April 20, 1994, China fully accessed the Internet through the 64K international dedicated line, which opened the Internet era in China and became an indispensable part of the work and life of hundreds of millions of people. China has become a veritable Internet power.

Internet has penetrated into all fields of social life.

How people’s lives are internetized? Let’s first look at a set of data. According to CNNIC data, in 2003, the number of netizens in China was 79 million, and the Internet penetration rate was 4.6%. By the end of 2015, the number of netizens in China had reached 688 million, and the Internet penetration rate was 50.3%, ranking first in the world. The development of mobile Internet is advancing by leaps and bounds. In 2015, the number of mobile Internet users in China was 620 million, with a penetration rate of nearly 90%, which was 30 percentage points higher than that in the world. From the early days of sending e-mails, publishing and inquiring information through the Internet, it has gradually developed into social chatting with QQ, WeChat, online shopping, online map navigation, etc., and the Internet has penetrated into all fields of people’s lives. In 2015, the number of online education users in China reached 110 million, accounting for 16% of netizens; The number of Internet medical users is 152 million, accounting for 22.1% of netizens. The number of online taxi booking users is 96.64 million, and the number of online car booking users is 21.65 million. The inclusive, convenient and sharing characteristics of the Internet have penetrated into the field of public services, accelerated the application of socialization, innovated social governance methods, improved the level of public services, and promoted the improvement of people’s livelihood and social harmony.

China has set off a wave of online movie shooting. According to industry insiders, online movies will be on an equal footing with cinema films in the future, even surpassing traditional cinema films.

Internet has become the standard of all working departments, from government departments to enterprises, it is more and more widely used to obtain information, process documents and all kinds of exchanges and transactions. According to CNNIC data, by the end of 2015, the proportion of enterprises in China using computers for office work was 95.2%, the proportion using the Internet was 89.0%, the proportion using the Internet through fixed broadband access was 86.3%, and the proportion using mobile broadband was 23.9%. In addition, the proportion of online sales and online procurement is 32.6% and 31.5% respectively, and the proportion of marketing promotion activities using the Internet is 33.8%. Enterprises widely use a variety of internet tools to carry out communication, information acquisition and release, internal management, business services and other activities, and a considerable number of enterprises have applied systematic and integrated internet tools to the whole business processes such as production research and development, procurement and sales, financial management, customer relations, human resources, etc., and transformed the Internet from a single auxiliary tool into enterprise management methods and transformation ideas to help supply chain reform.

In recent years, the Internet economy has developed rapidly. China’s Internet economy was born in the mid-1990s. Tencent, Baidu and Alibaba were the pioneers and main forces in the development of China’s Internet economy in the early days. Later, Internet companies such as Qihoo, Sina, JD.COM and Renren appeared. At present, BAT (Baidu, Ali and Tencent) has become an internationally renowned Internet giant. Alibaba’s e-commerce enterprises such as Taobao, Tmall, Alipay, JD.COM, Suning and other related service enterprises such as logistics and distribution, warehousing, and network design have formed a new e-commerce ecosystem, leading to the construction of a big platform and a big channel for Internet consumption, so that consumers can shop and consume through the Internet. Relevant data show that in 2015, the scale of e-commerce transactions in China was 20.6 trillion yuan, of which the online retail transaction volume was 3.88 trillion yuan, which was 20.9 percentage points higher than the growth rate of total retail sales of consumer goods in the same period, accounting for 10.8% of the total retail sales of consumer goods. The number of consumers who used online shopping reached 413 million, making it the largest online retail market in the world for three consecutive years. It is estimated that the online retail market in China will reach 6.5 trillion yuan by 2018. And cross-border electronic commerce has become a beautiful landscape. In 2015, the cross-border e-commerce transaction volume exceeded 5 trillion yuan, accounting for 18% of the import and export trade. It has initially realized "buying the world and selling the world" through the Internet, and China residents can buy products from all over the world without leaving home.

Internet promotes a new model of industrial development.

As early as 2010, the White Paper "The Internet Situation in China" mentioned that the government and people of China are welcoming the arrival of the Internet era with a positive attitude, and China regards the development of the Internet as a major opportunity to promote the cause of reform, opening up and modernization. In essence, the penetration of the Internet into industries is to endow traditional industries with more attributes, raise traditional industries to a new level, and form a qualitative leap of industrial synergy, that is, the original non-Internet business will have a qualitative change of cross-border integration after being connected with the Internet, and this qualitative change is not only to improve efficiency, but also reflected in industrial restructuring.

Many shops in China have posted convenience notices supporting fast payment methods such as UnionPay payment, Alipay payment and WeChat payment.

Internet promotes the transformation from China manufacturing to China intelligent manufacturing. Through the integration of the Internet and industrial manufacturing, we will lead the manufacturing industry to "digital, networked and intelligent" transformation and upgrading. Germany’s "Industry 4.0" and America’s "Industrial Internet Alliance" all use the advantages of the Internet to enhance the value creativity of industry. The essence of "Made in China 2025" is to realize the progress from an industrial power to an industrial power through the polymerization and fission of the Internet and industry. Relevant data show that in 2014, about 46% of the global output in the global economy benefited from the industrial Internet. By 2020, the global expenditure on the industrial Internet will reach 500 billion US dollars, and by 2030, the industrial Internet will contribute 15 trillion US dollars to the global GDP. Haier’s digital interconnection factory is a typical case. Since 2012, Haier has planned to build a digital interconnected factory. By subverting and upgrading the traditional production mode, it has created an interconnected factory system with on-demand design, on-demand manufacturing and on-demand distribution, so that the whole manufacturing process can be highly flexible and meet the needs of personalized customization. At present, Haier has built four world-leading demonstration interconnected factories, including Shenyang refrigerator and Zhengzhou air conditioner. "Economic Daily" pointed out in the report that Haier’s exploration of the connected factory is to fully meet the individual needs of users around the world. The evaluation given by Xinhua News Agency is, "Behind Haier is the first landing of’ internet plus Household Appliances’. After ten years of exploration, Haier, who is reborn and full of’ interconnected taste’, is ready to come out. "

The Internet helps agricultural modernization, integrating the Internet and information technology such as perception, transmission, control and operation into all aspects of agricultural production, processing and sales, and realizing the intelligence, standardization and standardization of agriculture, namely, intelligent agriculture mode, agricultural e-commerce mode and Internet agricultural industrial chain mode. Its function not only enables Internet technology to transform agricultural production links and improve agricultural labor productivity and production level, but also uses Internet technology to control the whole production and operation process to ensure product quality, and even uses Internet technology to carry out innovative design of product marketing, so as to realize the traceability of the whole process of agriculture and the intelligent and networked operation of the whole industrial chain. The Internet brings new data, information and new technical means, which makes all links in the agricultural industrial chain and all market segments in the agricultural field have more tools, conditions and possibilities for innovation. Such as the application of Internet of Things in planting and animal husbandry, the application of remote sensing monitoring technology in grassland and fishery, the application of RFID technology in aquaculture, and the application of GPS technology in agricultural machinery. In addition, there are several obvious innovations in Internet agricultural business model, such as: agricultural materials e-commerce, land circulation e-commerce, urban and rural circulation channel reform, agricultural products e-commerce, agricultural big data, agricultural Internet of Things, leisure agriculture Internet platform and so on.

The Internet has changed the development mode of the service industry. Through Internet transmission and big data, the Internet has penetrated into all fields of the service industry, giving birth to many integrated network service platforms and emerging service models such as O2O. Only Alibaba, its business scope has involved e-commerce, social networks, logistics, finance, tourism, navigation, video entertainment, medical care, education, culture, sports and many other service industries. Around mobile social networking, O2O, LBS, etc., service companies have also developed and launched various applications, including online shopping, group buying, food, life information, maps, travel, weather, navigation, health, movies and so on. "internet plus Communication", QQ, WeChat, Momo, etc. appeared; "internet plus Traffic" has appeared taxi software such as Didi Kuaidi; The intelligent circulation of "internet plus Logistics" makes intelligent logistics scheduling, intelligent logistics rhythm control and intelligent warehouse storage by using information network management and injecting intelligent data analysis. Internet medical treatment includes health education, raw material information inquiry, electronic health records, disease risk assessment, online disease consultation, online registration, online prescription and so on. Internet education has created various P2P interactive and intelligent education platforms, such as Yizuowang. In addition, there are various new service modes based on the Internet, such as Internet tourism and Internet catering.

Ali Research Institute estimates that the transaction efficiency of online retailing is four times that of physical retailing. At the same input cost in 1 yuan, the transaction volume of goods completed by physical retailing is 10.9 yuan, while that of online retailing is 49.6 yuan. The combination of the internet and the circulation industry has greatly released the consumption in the central and western regions and remote areas. Relevant data show that in 2015, the development of e-commerce and express logistics in the central region rose rapidly, and the year-on-year growth rates in Henan and Anhui even exceeded 70%.
