龙德成家贴着好几张她在天安门前的照片，是两年前她到北京录节目时拍的。一聊起这事，她就激动，语速加快，因为那是她第一回乘高铁、坐飞机。
过去，她出个村都不容易。
养猪的都盼猪肥，可在十八洞村，养猪户怕猪太肥。没通公路，汽车进不了村，一头猪要五六个壮汉往外抬。进出村子，顶多骑个摩托车。路是砂石铺的，一不小心就会翻车，晴天一身灰，雨天一身泥。
当年的路是啥样？很多来采访的记者都想看看老照片，可村民手头没有，本报记者也只在村部的展览馆里找到几张。2013年前，年轻人全跑出去打工，留在村里的老人孩子没手机没相机，外人也不会来，所以十八洞村缺老照片。

What about now? The refrigerator is in the living room, the flat-panel color TV is hanging on the wall, and the rice cooker is cooking. Not only have electrical appliances been added, but the kitchen and latrine have also been transformed, especially the latrine, where two boards and a pit have been replaced by a toilet.
Shi Basan sighed: "I was too poor before!"
How poor is it? The old man in the village said that women in other villages drink brown sugar water after giving birth, but in the village of Shibadong, how can they afford to buy brown sugar? We can only scrape some dust from the stove and soak the parturient in water.
This typical poverty-stricken Miao village has a per capita arable land of 0.83 mu, which is pulled out from the narrow ravines.
In the local area, Shibadong Village is "famous" because it has a special "annual custom": at the end of each year, villagers carry sacks and beg everywhere, as far as Changsha, the provincial capital, 500 kilometers away.
Until 2013, the per capita net income of the village was only 1668 yuan, and in 2018 it has risen to 12128 yuan. The house was renovated, the wireless network covered the whole village, and banks and e-commerce service stations opened to the door.
The villagers all said that the change began in 2013.
"There are only two stars, so don’t let me ask for a wife?"
In November 2013, there was a wave of returning home in Shibadong Village.
At that time, many villagers in other places rushed back after reading the news that the general secretary had come to the village, with one purpose: to return to the village to divide money. Shi Jinlan is one of them.
"Everyone ponders that the general secretary has come, and the top will definitely allocate a large sum of money, not for nothing." Shi Jinlan told reporters.
"Disappointed!" She said that there was no such money as everyone imagined.
What makes them even more disappointed is that in January 2014, the Precision Poverty Alleviation Task Force entered the village, and its captain was Long Xiulin.
Who is Long Xiulin? "The propaganda department of the county party Committee." Shi Jinlan said, "The villagers privately scold him. He has no funds and no projects, but only a mouth."
Long Xiulin ignored these: "The general secretary said that the poverty alleviation in the 18-hole village cannot be specialized, and it is necessary to explore ‘ Can be copied and popularized ’ Experience in poverty alleviation. "

How to help? It’s not so light to help the poor households!
The village plans to pave a bluestone road for every yard. The villagers don’t have to pay for it, but they must go out to work and move cement and stone by themselves. Even so, some villagers still don’t work, sitting at home waiting for the village to pave the road for him.
"At the deadline, we were going to take the stone away. When he saw it, he was anxious and rushed to move things home." Shi Jinlan said that some people cannot be raised into poor households.
Long Xiulin and village cadres came up with a method of "star management of ideological and moral construction". Villagers evaluate and score each other, then set the stars according to the scores, and finally put the star cards on the doors.
In order to transform the power grid in the village, a telephone pole should be erected in the villagers’ Shiliu Jindi. He firmly opposed: "No compensation, Girib (Miao language, meaning no talk)!"
Village cadres discuss, or change the construction plan. But I can’t get around the land of Shiliujin. "When he was not at home, we erected the telephone pole, and when he found it, he made a scene in the village." Shi Jinlan said.
At the end of 2014, Shi Liujin ranked first in the first star rating. In the lunar new year, the star card is hung on his door. Shi Liujin lived at the entrance of the village, and people came and went. He felt very embarrassed and quietly picked up the brand that night. "There are only two stars, so don’t let me ask for a wife?" He ran to the village and admitted his mistake.
Later, the village had to repair the parking lot, and Shi Liujin took the initiative to give up more than 1 mu of paddy fields at the door of the house. "Getting rid of poverty is like fighting, and there must be sacrifices when fighting." The change of Shi Liujin surprised the neighbors.
He didn’t expect that the sacrifice would soon pay off. In 2016, Shi Liujin started "Miaojiale", which became the nearest one in the village to the parking lot. The business was called a fire! This year, he expanded Miao Jiale.
What he didn’t expect was that he not only got rid of poverty, but also got rid of the bill. On the morning of September 24th last year, the sound of sedan chair creaked from far to near, firecrackers sounded in the village of Shibadong, and the suona exploded, and the 44-year-old Shi Liujin got married.
This is a great event for Shibadong Village. There are more than 100 households in the village, and there are 37 older bachelors over 40 years old in the past. The village is notoriously poor. Which girl wants to marry in?
During the two sessions of the National People’s Congress in 2016, when the General Secretary of the Supreme Leader participated in the deliberation of the Hunan delegation, he also specifically asked about the "off-list" situation in the 18-hole village: "How many people married their wives last year?"
Now, half of the older bachelors in the village have taken off their bills.
"Even if you divorce, you have to start a business!"
When it comes to farmhouse music, you have to talk about Yang Chaowen.

On the evening of November 3rd, six years ago, Yang Chao Wenzheng, who was working in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, was eating while watching TV. Suddenly, his hands were shaking and he couldn’t hold the bowl.
"I can’t believe the news that the general secretary went to our village!" Yang Chaowen said. He was so excited that he decided that the opportunity of the 18-hole village had come and made up his mind to return to his hometown to start a business.
In 2014, Yang Chaowen founded the first farmhouse in Shibadong Village. At that time, the road into the village had not been widened, and there were not many tourists. The farmhouse closed down after opening for a month.
Yang Chaowen’s wife stayed in Taizhou to work, and advised him to give up his business every day, even threatening divorce. "Even if you divorce, you have to start a business!" Yang Chaowen said. He firmly believes that Shibadong Village has great development potential.
In 2016, with the help of Long Xiulin and the poverty alleviation team, Yang Chaowen applied for a discount loan of 50,000 yuan. He bought a tricycle to transport vegetables. Every time the dishes are packed to the brim, Yang Chaowen is buried in the dishes. From a distance, only one car is moving.
Yang Chaowen, who used to be a poor household, knows that good days will not pop up out of thin air, and he is very hard. Once, an outdoor "donkey friend group" arrived at the store at two o’clock in the morning. Yang Chaowen immediately got out of bed and lit a fire to cook. "It’s not easy to start a business. In those years, I was so tired that I had only a little flesh left." He told reporters.
Yang Chaowen’s shop is becoming more and more popular. At the most, he hosted the traditional "Long Dragon Banquet" of the Miao family, entertaining more than 600 tourists, and more than a dozen villagers invited to help.
When business is good, Yang Chaowen often sends photos and videos of full houses to his wife. After half a year of persistence, my wife was finally moved and came back.
After three years of hard work, Yang Chaowen repaid the loan, opened a branch and bought a car.
Seeing that Yang Chaowen made money, the villagers were moved.
In 2016, there were only two farmhouses in Shibadong Village, and now it has grown to more than a dozen. The reporter found that every family was full. Three years ago, the total number of tourists in the village was only tens of thousands a year. Last year, it increased to 300,000. In the first three quarters of this year, the number of tourists has exceeded 300,000.

Not everyone is doing farmhouse music, so Long Xianlan chose beekeeping.
On seeing the reporter, Long Xianlan, 32, took out his mobile phone and said, "Add a WeChat." The village cadre explained that this is his habit, adding WeChat to everyone and selling honey.
Long Xianlan was an orphan when he was very young, and nobody cared about him. He was addicted to alcohol and slept where he was drunk.
Long Xianlan doesn’t like farming, and he doesn’t have any skills. He sold fish for a few days and was too tired to do it again. Everyone in the village said that his life was over, and he was an alcoholic.
In 2013, Long Xianlan was working outside the home. When he heard the news that the General Secretary had come to the 18-hole village, he returned to the village for the first time, which was also aimed at dividing money.
When the money was not distributed, Long Xianlan met Long Xiulin who treated him as his younger brother. Long Xiulin took him home during the Chinese New Year, and Long Xianlan was deeply moved. In order to reassure the big brother, he got rid of the habit of drinking and fooling around. Long Xiulin won him the opportunity to study in Huaihua Anjiang Agricultural School. After studying for two months, Long Xianlan became interested in beekeeping.
"Shibadong Village has many kinds of flowers, long flowering period and no pollution. It is very suitable for bees to survive. I want to keep bees." Long Xianlan’s idea made Long Xiulin overjoyed. He immediately helped to contact the professional beekeepers in Huayuan County and asked Long Xianlan to learn beekeeping and honey cutting. After mastering the relevant technology, Long Xianlan tried to raise 4 boxes of wild bees and earned nearly 5,000 yuan at once.
Longxianlan’s honey is not mixed with water or sugar, and the more it is sold, the more beautiful it is. He registered a trademark, set up a company, and also drove the surrounding villagers out of poverty. The drunken lazy man who once lived in isolation has become a boss with an annual income of several hundred thousand.
Long Shuwu, the village party secretary, said: "‘ Precision poverty alleviation ’ It is necessary to explore the interests of the villagers and make policies according to people. Now there is a rural tour in the 18-hole village, and major industries such as yellow peach, kiwifruit, Miao Xiu, labor export and mountain spring water have also emerged. "
In February 2017, Shibadong Village achieved poverty alleviation and took off its hat.
As a "landmark" for China to get rid of poverty, Shibadong Village has become famous overseas.
Last year, president Benyang, General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Central Committee, came to the village. Not long ago, Shi Jinlan, who has been the deputy general manager of the 18-hole tourism company, received a group of foreign geological experts. They came to visit Xiangxi Geopark, so Shi Jinlan only introduced the local geological situation. The secret of getting rid of poverty in Shibadong Village is written on the villagers’ faces.
Walk around Shibadong Village at will, and you will see that all the villagers, whether picking vegetables, cooking, selling local products or entertaining tourists, are full of energy and generous in manners, laughing happily and chatting pleasantly. This is the key to poverty alleviation.
Village cadres said that in the past, villagers were "lazy, scattered and dull" and played cards as long as they had a few dollars in their pockets. The poverty alleviation team advised the villagers to raise pigeons, send pigeons and send cages. As soon as the people in the task force left, the pigeons disappeared — — I ate it, sold it, and lost it while playing.
As local cadres are keenly aware, spiritual poverty alleviation should go ahead. By rating the stars, setting an example and running a lecture hall, the poor households in Shibadong Village changed from "I want to get rid of poverty" to "I want to get rid of poverty".
