For the test of the space used in the car, it is only for the space within reach of the front row, excluding the space that needs to be opened such as the glove box and the central armrest box. The test method is to put all the following fixed items in each storage space in the front row, and judge the performance of the vehicle storage space through the placement of the fixed items. The fixed items selected for the test are: 2 bottles of mineral water with normal size, 1 large-screen mobile phone, 1 lipstick, 1 satchel, 1 pair of sunglasses, 1 folding umbrella and 1 pack of paper with normal size.

According to the actual measurement, all the fixed objects can be placed in the storage slots in front of Tengshi D9 reasonably. It is worth mentioning that the lower part of the auxiliary instrument platform has been hollowed out, leaving a large storage space, and there is no pressure to place large items such as shoulder bags and paper towels. Tengshi D9 is equipped with a separate glasses case at the top of the front row, and the inside of the glasses case is flocked, which can effectively avoid scratching the lenses due to collision during driving.

In the test of the front field of vision, we use the pile bucket with a height of 70cm as a reference, and then adjust the distance between cars until the upper edge of the pile bucket can be seen in the main driving position. After testing, the final measured data of the pile bucket and the front of the car is 2.2m, which is at the upstream level among the tested cars of the same class, and the front of the car has a wide field of vision.

In the rear visual field test, the pile bucket is still fixed, and then the vehicle is moved until the upper edge of the pile bucket can be observed. The distance measured by the rear visual field is 26.1m, which is at the downstream level in the same class of tested vehicles, and the blind area is large.

When testing the visual range of the exterior rearview mirror, firstly, let the tester stand at 10m vertical to the left and right rearview mirrors respectively, and then start to move to the left and right sides until it appears at the outermost edges of the rearview mirrors on both sides, and measure the lateral distance. Then, through formula calculation, the included angle of the rearview mirror field of view can be obtained. The larger the angle, the smaller the blind area of the rearview mirror, and the larger the blind area of the rearview mirror.

Tengshi D9′ s left and right exterior rearview mirrors are all ordinary lenses. According to the actual measurement, the left visual field is 20.8 and the right visual field is 17.7, which are at the downstream level among the tested vehicles of the same class, and the visual field blind area is large.

During the test, the rear parking radar can sense the rear objects at 1.1m, and the radar power performance is excellent. Referring to the previous test experience, the closer the continuous buzzer stage is to 0.25m, the closer it is to daily use habits. According to the measured data, the distance of continuous beeping of Tengshi D9 is 0.25m, which is consistent with the empirical value. The front parking radar can sense the front object at the farthest distance of 1.2m, and the power performance of the front radar is worthy of recognition. The longest distance during the continuous buzzer phase is 0.25m, which is also consistent with the test experience and conforms to the daily use habits.

Tengshi D9 is equipped with 360-degree panoramic image+transparent chassis function, which can visually observe the vehicle’s location, front and rear, and the surrounding scenes within the scope of both sides. At the same time, it also has a reversing auxiliary line, which is convenient for daily parking. In addition, the image clarity and lens distortion control can be satisfactory and practical, but due to the huge volume of the car body, we still need to be cautious about some narrow parking spaces and roads.

In daily use, vehicles often turn or turn around. At this time, the steering flexibility of vehicles is very important. Knowing the width of the road needed for the car to turn around in the same place can help you know fairly well, so as to avoid the occurrence of dangerous situations such as rubbing. According to the actual measurement, the minimum pavement width of Tengshi D9 in-situ U-turn is 11.3m, which is at the middle and lower reaches of the same level. Pay attention to leaving allowance in advance when making daily U-turn.

Handle in the car is necessary for people with mobility difficulties, and it can also play a certain auxiliary role for passengers’ riding safety on bumpy roads. Tengshi D9 is equipped with handles above other doors except the door handle above the main driver’s seat, which pays great attention to the convenience of passengers getting on and off in the car.

Sixth, endurance test

In the actual road test, the endurance of the test vehicle before starting is 158km, and then the air conditioner is set to 24 degrees warm air, the air volume is automatic, the driving mode is ECO, and energy recovery is the standard. In terms of driving route, it passes through the urban ring road, in which the proportion of congested sections is 95%, and the average speed of the whole journey is about 45 km/h. When arriving at the destination, the cruising range displayed on the meter is 138km, and the actual mileage of the vehicle is 14km. The cruising range displayed on the meter is reduced by 20km, that is, the cruising range consumed per 1km on average is about 1.4km.

In addition, we also tested the charging efficiency of Tengshi D9. It was measured that it took 12 minutes to charge the battery from 16% to 26% by using Xiaoju charging (brand) charging pile (rated power of 60kW) in the basement of shopping malls, and the charging speed was acceptable, and the cruising range increased by 62km.

Summary:As a medium and large MPV model of Tengshi brand, Tengshi D9 has outstanding product strength, and it has quite good performance in functionality, comfort and space configuration when it comes to practical performance.
